These Presents are to Authorize
and license any Justice of the Supreme Court, Judge of the Superior Court, Justice of the Peace, Judge of any Police Court, City Recorder, Priest, or Minister of the Gospel of any denomination to solemnize within said County of the Marriage of Carlos H. Valentine native of Utah aged 37 years resident of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Harriet Roselle Dalton, native of California aged 23 years resident of Stockton, County of San Joaquin, State of California. Said parties being of sufficient age to be capable of contracting Marriage.
